Possession of general qualifications officially recognized and endorsed by the government of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
Provision of valid identity/residency documents and certified academic credentials.
For Iranian citizens residing abroad applying to Payam Noor University's international branches and centers: compliance with the regulations concerning compulsory military service and the absence of any legal restrictions on pursuing higher education.
For non-Iranian students: obtaining a formal No-Objection Certificate (NOC) through the (Saorg) portal or other designated relevant systems.
