-Completion of application forms declared by the International Affairs Office through the relevant systems.

-Submission of original previous academic documents along with transcripts authenticated by the respective embassy and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran. A copy of the latest academic certificate indicating the program's average, certified by the representative office of the Islamic Republic of Iran in that country (if the average is not mentioned on the certificate, submitting transcripts is mandatory).

-Submission of a passport with at least 6 months of validity.

-Submission of a Persian language education certificate from centers approved by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, or a confirmation of enrollment from the Persian Language Teaching Center at Payam Noor University.
